The Tool

This tool is a platform for visualising networks. It is based on Cytoscape Automation. The data entered is processed by our internal tools and then visualised by means of graphical adaptation. Several layout and style formats are available.

Build your Network

Build your file from delimited text files or Excel worksheets. One row in a network table file represents an edge and its edge data columns. This means that a network file will be considered a combination of network data and edge column data.

Upload your File

In order to load a network from a local file you must select Upload File →

Display your Network

The loaded file is processed and immediately makes available the graphic display and the possibility of downloading the processed analysis files for visualisation.
